« on: April 29, 2008, 11:49:41 AM »
This is should be interesting to here replies to.

For me it has to be the Alien in the freezer show. WOW.  i dont think any show has toped that one. Altho it turned out to be a hox, it has to be the greatest story told on cost to coast with art or george.  Can't remember the guests but the story was unbelieveably awesome, and seeing the pictures of everything and the audio at artbell.com while listening holy crap lol taht was the best.

anyone agree? or remember LOL

Not sure if I remember that one, but I'd like to hear it.

This question is hard to answer. As far as the biggest impact on me goes, it has to be the first time I heard Michio Kaku.  The subject matter really fascinated me. I love credible science-related guests, and that show earned my respect for C2C.

My favorite show was probably the George Carlin interview.  I thought it was a great mix as I like both Carlin & Bell. Runner-up might be hearing a J.C. show for the first time.

Biggest disappointment - Any Paul Moller and the "Sky Car" shows.

I also enjoyed the shows with Michio Kaku and all the shows with Fr. Martin were great too. For some reason the show that sticks in my mind as classic Art was an all night interview with Willie Nelson. It was a great interview and I remember thinking at the time that there wasn't anybody who could have done that as well as Art. Not Larry King or Rush or any of the others. Art was the king.

anybody remember the show art did where he interviewed the witch/satanist?  harlet was her name.  creepy broad.  remember how she said she had a child who died, and prior to the death of the child, she performed some ritual that in her mind would guarantee the child's entrance to hell?  lovely.  where is child protective services when you need them?  oh, yeah... they're busy making sure your kids are taking their ritalin.

Heard it thanks to the ufoship stream. Amazing. What a fuckin' wack job.  I laughed so hard during that show because of some of the unreal back-and-forth between Harlot and some callers.  My favorite was a christian guy that called in and affirmed to Art that he could tell she was a real satanist, and that end times were near, and no matter what it was his duty to pray for her. She responds with something like " I respect your opinion, but if this was the final battle between good and evil, I'd cut you head off and put it on a stake".  I am howling right now remembering it.

oh my god... i don't think those words made me laugh at the time they aired, but for some reason, seeing you recall it here in print just made me guffaw.  holy shit that's great stuff.  i wonder what she's up to these days.  i believe she said she was living among the mormons in salt lake.  nice choice of locale.

The natural laws of physics and gravity in action.

When I heard Harlot say it, I was laughing more at the fact that I had actually heard a human being say that in a stone cold sober fashion. I remember exactly - My wife was leaving for work early one morning when I heard it.

My favorite is the Michael Marcum episode.  If there are more of those I'd love to hear.  I've just heard the first.

That guy was hilarious, more so for me perhaps because I know someone in the same Missouri area that sounds exactly like him.

I always wonder what Michael Marcum is doing now days.  Highly probable he's in jail or fried himself with some crazy ass experiment.
