And expletive is spelled expletive, so while you're sitting there bored, tool in hand, peruse a dictionary why don't ya?
OK, now I'm gonna duck and cover ere your razor claws and gnashing teeth come a-hurtling in my direction.

M, ducking and covering

NEVER, NEVER expect things to goes as planned.

Camazotz Automat:
I carry a portable 10 zetabyte drive comp hybrid with roll up screen on my person at all times.  Voice driven.  XYZ optical memory scanning enabled.  Tachyon think and click.  The new AI program by the Gates Estate foundation, etc. (including quantum dot definition 2.0 upgrade) and best of all, a ferrofluid wet processor that can withstand higher temperatures, thus bypassing the need for zippack ice cores that display such high failure rates.  This newer ferrofluid allows the paramagnetic properties to scream, with no worries over heat. Thank God for the newer tolerances.

If I do contract a berserker, the back up hologram restructures the processor in minutes and sends an irresistible force self-restructuring command to the attacker's ferro, leaving him basically with a pet iguana in a box.   It is irreversible.  It's also quite illegal, but if he's willing to commit a felony to get into my hycom, he would be the last to report how he fell victim to the deadly imported Chinese security response program.

Fuck him.

And yet, in such situations as EvB finds herself, when I am stranded because someone dropped the ball, and even though I always carry my hycom, I whip out an old well thumbed comic book by Daniel Clowes - released in 2035 (squeaked by due to the Excluded Paper Products Act of 2027.)

He's still mad as hell these days - even with his publically acknowledged re engineered mitochondria and telomere restart DNA surgery, Clowes sounds like a cranky old man and his writing and art fucking slay me.

Technology has its limits.  There's a season to compute and a season to kick back and relax with prohibited pulp.

(Btw, EvB, tutors are often failed teachers.  They are illegal from when/where I am broadcasting at the moment, and rightly so, rightly so.  ODGKIFH ! (laughing) )

Hmmm.  It's not allowing me to send this.

Let me try a hardtag.  I had to use such a backdoor when registering for this board.  You had so few optical cables back then and no quantum cables AT ALL.

I've got a scan of the comic book, but the backdoor only allows text.  Maybe later.

SO TRUE.  I always roll with one in each holster.  Right now I'm packing Allistair MacLean's When Eight Bells Toll and Child of the Sun by Kyle Onstott & Lance Horner(This book is delicious trash)

Caruthers612:

As always, despite my best attempts at wit, pith and insight, after reading Camazotz's prose, I feel like one of the primates of the Lower Indus Valley. Cammy, dude, how is it that you are not an infamous, cult-followed, misunderstood meth freak who will be revered by polite society only after his tragically premature death? You think there's only room for Philip K. Dick? Start snortin' crank off a hunting knife and get with it.

M, what canst not fathom the source of Camazotz's genius
