I was wondering if anyone knew that George knows about this site. Has anyone here had any contact with George? Met him? Does anyone here send him emails? FastBlasts? How about try to be a prank caller?

I saw him when he was here during the July 2007 UFO festival (the 60 year anniversary of the Roswell crash). I was already sick of him by that point, so I didn't go talk to him or anything. I've sent him some fast blasts, to tell him when he abuses a caller. I've never told him about this site though.

This is very true. I have a pretty consistent profile with "Atomsk" names, but a lot of people use the name of Atomsk as well because it's from a japanese anime.. so I get mistaken for other people a lot.

I don't know if George reads this site -- I know if there was a site out there called "Mike M____ Sucks" I'd *have* to read it. I wouldn't be able to stay away... Maybe he even posts! Like Edgar Allan Poe used to send in to literary magazines letters that were very critical of... Edgar Allan Poe. Or, maybe he presents himself as a George Noory fan so he can defend himself. I have a couple of suspects, but I'll keep them to myself.

One thing I have noticed: Shortly after we started talking about GN always signing off with "George Nappy" near the end, he has made a VERY conscious effort to insert a hard pause after "Knapp" and before "Ian." It is unmistakable. I have also heard him say Ian's name first, so as to avoid the possibility of the "Nappy." Maybe one of his producers brought the Nappy thing to his attention, but I, for one, believe he saw it here.

Here's my answer to the question.  I am a Streamlink Subscriber and as such I constantly have George on in the background.  I listen to the prior night's show over and over until I hear his harmonic convergence over the airwaves the next evening.  I cannot have total silence, I must have George Noory as my background Muzak. 

Being a Streamlink subscriber, I sometimes engage in the Streamlink Chat.  Last week he typed a remark to a reply complimenting on how good he was and how someone loved him so much as a host.  In his reply he commented that he wished that everyone loved him, especially the hate sites.  Now as you all know there are several Coast to Coast forums.  There is the companion sight on GLP.  That is one hate thread, but he did not say one, singular, he responded sites, and that is plural.  Therefore based on that comment, I do believe that our protege' knows of this site and is keeping up with it's growth and development.  He feeds and waters it nightly.  Just ask Meegle.

precisely.  isn't that wonderful how he chose his words there?  we do not, nor to my knowledge have any of us EVER suggested that we have a personal hatred for snoors or that any of us have even MET the douche.  and so what if anyone here did explicitly say they "hate" snoors personally?  when did our society get so pussified that it became unacceptable to say you hate something or someone?  guess what... you're never going to believe this... but i don't like everybody.  and you'll find this to be even MORE shocking... but some people hate me, too.  yes, that's right.  unbridled, unfiltered hatred.  and i don't bat an eye, as rev. jeremiah wright said.

i think when lightweights like snoors call sites like this "hater" or "hate" sites, it's an emotional appeal on multiple levels designed to position himself as a victim while asserting people like ourselves to be nothing more than rabid, lifeless assholes who live in their grandmothers' basements eating cookies and using her electricity.  i'm sorry i don't like you, snoors.  i really am.  i tried for TWO YEARS you ignorant fuck.  god damn it i need a nicotine lozenge.  fuck you and your waste of RF radio show.

Yea I think people who feel bad writing these comments about how awful Snoory is are missing the point of broadcast medium. It is based on praise, feedback and indeed criticism. I don't think we are even criticizing him on a profound level. These are basic things that any broadcast school teaches. His unprofessionalism is offensive to the intelligence of the audience and his guests. If I were a guest, I'd want to proudly tell the public I'll be interviewing on C2C. Now, people sneer and giggle. Shame on you snoron.
