President John McCain - an alternate reality
« on: December 16, 2011, 05:45:38 PM »
people frequently say there's no REAL difference between candidates.  i disagree.  i think that had John McCain won that instead of leaving Iraq we would instead be expanding operations there and maybe even preparing operations against Iran.  reinstatement of the draft.  Obama is not the ideal candidate.  but given the alternative he was the best choice.  or read another way ... the lesser of two evils.  or more exactly ... the better of two shitty candidates

One thing that would've been different is I probably wouldn't still be alive as I would've blown my brains out if I had to sit through four more years of Republicans after one of the worst Presidential administration in history.
