Hitler wanted to create talking dogs

But my question is: Would the Germans have won the war were they to have created an army of speaking puppies?

    Oh the wonderful irony if it turned out that dogs could speak,but only in thick Yiddish.

My fave was the dog who said that wanted to join the Heer because he hated the French!!!  LOL!!!
