Harlot/Patsy the witch
« on: February 05, 2011, 09:30:31 PM »
I am currently listening to a C2C show from Oct 23, 1997 streaming from a shoutcast server.
Harlet/Harlot the witch aka Patsy.

Disturbing!! Harlot the Witch (Patsy) - A classic Art Bell Interview Pt 1 of 15

Does anybody have a picture of her?

In a nutshell she didn't say *anything* interesting or spectacular at all,
except of course constantly implying how great and 'real' she is,
and snorting at callers who said she was fake, and disregarding their various inferior religious believes. ::)

Funny and revealing moment was when Art told her "stay (closer to) on the phone",
to which she replied like a trained puppy "YES SIR!".
Which assured my analysis of her even more that she's simply a submissive woman,
probably been abused by somebody or at least broke out from a bad relationship,
and turned to this idiotic witch image as some kind of revolt after her husband ditched her
because he got sick of her.

The whole show turns out to be total crap since she really didn't say the slightest interesting thing.
She even said "I am not here to reveal anything to the listeners, they need to get up and learn themselves".
Why the hell did she go on the show then?
I hope Art regretted inviting this mentally disturbed women after the show.

Edit: she just said her husband took her child away, and her child died somehow, and she'll accept to die 7 times (or some bs).
Pretty clear now... some people are "cutters" who like to slice their own arms, Patsy became a "witch".
It's always the same with these people.
...
Caller: I am member of the order of the golden dawn, are you familiar with them?
Patsy: VAGUELY, where do you live in Hawaii?
Caller: (something)
Patsy: AH! My mother is from there!

She doesnt even know the "golden dawn" / (Aleister Crowley) this is ludicrous.

OK, she just admitted that's she enjoys to cut herself while stroking her pussy. ;D
Probably confused the show with a dating show, and was just looking for a new better master to keep her in reign.

Over 50% of cutters were sexually abused as children.

I thought this was an entertaining show although I don't believe a word this lady said.  I do think that she believes what she said.  To me that's what made it interesting.

I don't know what you mean with you "believe what she said".
It's quite obvious that she was simply trying to be as shocking as she could, which is nothing but a rebellious behaviour as a response to abuse/feeling inadequate/low self-esteem (one of these things).

She even said (or strongly implied?) that she would slaughter small children WHO DESERVED IT!
How do they deserve it? By crying or peeing in their diaper?
Now if that isn't a sign of mental illness, I don't know what it.

She didn't sound like the brightest person either, by the way. ;D

The show had some (entertainment) value for "peeping Toms" who like to see other people ridicule themselves,
and as a psychological study into the behaviour of an ill person.
It had zero value for people who wanted to learn something about witches and witchcraft, because she didn't seem to really know jackshit about that anyway.

I remember when that Harlot show aired LIVE.  I don't turn off many Art Bell C2C shows, but I remember that one got turned off after a short while, just after I got turned off.
Yes, I think she was most definitely after the shock effect.

I meant that I believe that she believes that she's the real deal.  As for everything else you said, Lena, it would mostly apply to anyone into witchcraft.  It's all bunk and learning from one witch as opposed to the next is just the same.  Maybe different ideas, same credibility.  I'll decide what I find entertaining and for what reasons, thank you.  If you want truth, facts, credibility, and honest people then Coast to Coast isn't where you should be looking.  I don't mean that as a knock to the show, I love the show.  But lets get real here.

She's on the 24/7 stream right now. Entertaining stuff. I would love to hear George stuttering his way through an interview with her.

This show was pure disinformation bullshit whether art knew it or not.  Real "witches" have nothing to do with satan.  Satan is not a devil man living in a fire filled pit.  Satan is in the heart of man.  If you remove all men from the earth where would the evil be?  There is no one on the earth who goes around trying to do evil unless they have a mental problem, it just doesnt exist.  Even those people justify to themselves why they think what they are doing is "right".  This whole show I thought was incredibly stupid and ignorant.  This woman spouted lies the entire time, the only thing she seems affiliated with is freemasonry but they don't allow women so I tend to lean towards the complete bullshit faker woman idea.  Also her exaggerated witch laugh is fking annoying, and as one of the caller says "she just took some stuff out of a hollywood movie" is very true.  She also said "we havent seen the multitude of storms as what will come in 2 years" it is now over a decade later and it is proven she was bullshitting.  She is absolutely 100% full of it, case closed.

Reading between the lines, it seemed like she was playing a role to scare people straight. She might have been a Fundamentalist pretending to be a witch to steer people from her interpretation of the Dark Side. Her take on alternative belief systems, Christian or not, sounded like something straight out of a Jack Chick tract. Even if she really was into satanism, she still believed in traditional Christian theology. That's why she claimed that alternative belief systems were just other versions of satanism. Someone, whose beliefs don't fit into a traditional Christian framework, wouldn't say such things. She rebelled in the box, so to speak. She didn't step out of the box, and she denied that there could be any other boxes. That's why she said that New Age beliefs and paganism were false doctrines. No matter what her motive was, she had deep emotional problems.

Sooo much of C2C was strait up BS like this.  I don't buy into 'witchcraft' at all be it wiccans, satanists, medicine men, etc etc.  What made these shows work for me was Art.  I'm confident he saw through Patty's BS, but even if he realized that a guest was a fraud halfway through a show he never showed it.  He reminded us of shows like this throughout the run of C2C, spinning them into C2C legends that he'd hint about over and over.  "I had this woman on the show once . . . "

I think that we still listen to these shows and talk about them speaks volumes about Art's effectiveness.  I've always thought of C2C like The X-files for the ears, just for fun, and "I want to believe".

No,Satan is a living creature. Satan's biggest accomplishment is having made a lot of People think He doesn't exist. I'm a Christian and definately believe Satan is real
