I don't like the name of this thread. "Even if Noory tells you?" More like "especially since Noory tells you." Security! I mean Admin! Edit please!
you know something, this has been subconsciously EATING AWAY AT ME for weeks.  consider it done.

.......and now that question mark I placed WITHIN the quotation mark will eat away at me for weeks or greater. Grammar....... don't mind me.

but it's not incorrect so long as the question actually is the quote, right?

I think you are right. I also think if the quote finishes the sentence the last thing is the quotation mark... but I also think that at least half the english teachers in the first 12 years often times make the shit up.

Right. The question was posed by me, not the original writer. Therefore, an F for me.

They do not "make the shit up." There are language conventions and standards just as there are in engineering mechanics or computer programming. Start with Elements of Style and get more technical with Rules for Writers by Diana Hacker. Some teachers are sloppy, unfortunately. Bottom line: if the question isn't part of the quote, it doesn't belong within the quotation marks. Same is true for exclamation points.

However, when it comes to commas, it's different. Take this, for example:
"This is a stick-up," said the well-dressed young couple. "We want all your money." The comma isn't part of the quote, but it is used with the QM.

Have you heard the old proverb "Do not climb the hill until you reach it"?
 :) ;) :D ;D 8) :P :-*

Gold spot prices had a recent peak above $1900/oz a few weeks back.
Then it fell back into the 1700s and has clawed back up to the mid 1800s now.
Noory's latest commercials now claim un-named experts see gold going to $3000 soon. :o

There`s no question gold will go a little higher. I`d guess around 2200 - 2500 before the bubble bursts -- Yes, a GIANT bubble. Our economy is circling the drain, and we, the brilliant voting populace hire a street-organizer/L A W Y E R to right the economic course. We deserve what we get. About 3 more years of solid recession before it turns around. At that time gold prices will contract in a BIG way. Down to 800 - 1000.

I am not real happy with Barack. I still maintain he is a much better selection than John. I am extremely disappointed in our continuing wars.

That being said, no president since FDR has really made a positive shift in our economy. And FDR had the support of many.

I am really tired of the myth that business people are good legislators, they aren't. Until we hold businesses accountable for their responsibilty in our economy we will be surfing the septic tank.

I was always pretty skeptical about "investing" in gold or precious metals in general.  But then I found out a couple years ago about these ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds), which are traded much as regular equities or stocks are on the open market.  This was an easy in to buy some interest in gold, silver, etc, without having to take physical possession of anything, such as coins or similar.  Easy to buy, easy to sell.  Of course there is some overhead, because the fund manager or entity has to actually buy and sell the metals and store, secure, etc.  But I have made some nice returns on these over the past two years.  I don't know that I would buy now, I guess that depends on whether you think gold is going to $3K or $5K or what-have-you.

Gold price hit another new all time high well above $1900/oz this week, but pulled back from profit taking again.
